Stephanie Cherrin is a Partner at JP Morgan Technology Ventures, specializing in investments in early growth stage tech and tech-enabled businesses spanning cybesecrutiy, enterprise software and fintech. Her career encompasses significant roles in the tech and venture capital sectors across Israel, Europe, and the United States. Before joining JP Morgan, she established and led Porsche Ventures' North American arm, where she spearheaded strategic investments for Porsche AG and the braoder VW Group. Her focus included B2B software, battery technology, and fintech, pushing the group to invest in disruptive areas like novel in-car and dealer payment methods and AI-driven enterprise software.
Prior to Porsche, Cherrin was Head of Network at NFX, where she focused on early-stage startups with network effects, working closely with portfolio companies and the broader Silicon Valley ecosystem to identify new investment opportunities. In Israel, she led the Deutsche Telekom hub:raum Fund, facilitating the market entry and capitalization of numerous companies in partnership with Deutsche Telekom and T-Mobile across various countries. Her career began as a founding member of Krypton Venture Capital in Tel Aviv, where she helped startups achieve product-market fit.
Cherrin holds a BA and MA in Counter-Terrorism and International Security and is passionate about marine conservation. She is a founding member of Surfing 4 Peace. She is married to an entrepreneur, has two young boys and a baby girl, and is dedicated to promoting international cooperation and understanding through technology.
