Executive Director for International Cooperation, Israeli National Cyber Directorate (INCD), Israel
Aviram Atzaba is the Executive Director for International Cooperation at the Israel National Cyber Directorate (INCD). In this position, Atzaba is responsible for managing and deepening INCD's relations with governments and international organizations, public and private. He helps forge partnerships to support INCD's mission. In his previous position, Atzaba was the INCD's Director of the Methodology & Audit Center, responsible for the development of Cyber Defense methodologies for the Israeli market and the performance of Cyber Resiliency testing of the Israeli critical infrastructures.
Before joining INCD, Atzaba served for 26 years in the Israeli Air Force. His areas of expertise are avionics, system engineering, network-centric warfare, and cyber warfare. Atzaba holds an Executive MBA from Tel Aviv University as well as a BSc. in Physics and Mathematics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. He speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Hebrew. Outside of work he enjoys learning new things, running marathons, and traveling with his spouse Roni and three children Rotem, Maya, and Ido.
