Shelly Korenboim Gallagher is the Director of International Cooperation at the Israel National Cyber Directorate (INCD), responsible for developing strategic partnerships, projects, and collaboration in the fields of cybersecurity national resilience, capacity building programs, knowledge and information exchange, R&D, strategy and policy. Korenboim Gallagher is the INCD regional director for cooperation with U.S. government agencies and cybersecurity authorities, Latin American countries, and International financial institutions, including the WG, IDB, and EBRD.
Before joining INCD, Korenboim Gallagher served as Director of Trade and Regulatory Policy at the Israeli Embassy in Washington D.C., where she initiated and led projects between the Israeli government and U.S. stakeholders, while advocating for trade policy issues and compliance barriers that could impact the U.S.-Israel trade flows and market access. She holds an M.A. in Counter-Terrorism and Homeland Security from Reichman University, with a specialization in cyber-terrorism, and a B.A. in Government and Politics from the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
