Orit Tatarsky is the director of the national cyber human capital development. In this capacity, she oversees the various INCD initiatives and synchronizes national efforts in that field. Her core responsibilities are to facilitate the development, running, and synchronizing of national programs from middle school and high school, through military and national service, to academia and employment, in order to increase human capital employed in the cyber industry.
Tatarsky is a retired IDF Lt. Col., who served for over 25 years in various software R&D and command positions at the IDF's technological units. In her last position, she was the head of IDF's IT & Cyber Defense Academy. She continues to serve as a reserved officer. Tatarsky holds a B. A in Computer Science and Economics from Tel Aviv University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a joint program of Tel-Aviv University and Northwestern University.
