Noori is a cybersecurity expert with a focus on defending critical infrastructures and essential organizations in sectors such as health, transportation, water support, and domestic security at the national level. With over 15 years of extensive experience in cybersecurity and more than 25 years in information and communication technology, Noori offers a broad perspective and profound understanding of technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
As a member of INCD, Noori has actively contributed to numerous projects dedicated to enhancing cyber resilience and robustness within the Israeli market. Before his role at INCD, he served in various technical and administrative positions in the IDF, specializing as a communication and signaling officer. Noori holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from HIT (Holon Institute of Technology), as well as a Master of Arts in Organizational Development from Colman College, both earned with honors.
