David Weinstock is a Financial Advisor for UBS International in the New York branch, who specializes in the Israeli market and focuses on Israeli activity in the US as well as in Israel. Weinstock's core responsibility is coverage of family offices and founders of technology companies, real estate companies, venture capital funds, and individual entrepreneurs. Before joining UBS, Weinstock spent 10 years in investment banking at Citi, J.P. Morgan, and Guggenheim across New York and Tel Aviv, where his key focus was on coverage of large-cap Israeli corporates and executed some of the largest US capital markets transactions of Israeli companies as well as M&A transactions.
Weinstock started his professional career as a lawyer in Tel Aviv, Israel, and spent three years specializing in Israeli corporate law, securities law, and international taxation. His diverse professional background brings a unique perspective that helps him understand the various challenges that Israeli clients face.
