Lisya Bahar-Manoah is the Active Chairperson of Elron Ventures, a leading early-growth venture investment firm specializing in cybersecurity, defense tech, deep tech, and SaaS. As a seasoned investor, she focuses on identifying and scaling breakthrough innovations, leveraging her 15+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, and technology investments. Her expertise spans fund management, M&A transactions, and post-merger integrations, playing a key role in shaping the next generation of global tech leaders.
Prior to joining Elron Ventures and Arieli Group, Bahar-Manoah held executive positions at Catalyst Investments, Keter Group (BC Partners), ADAMA, and BMW/Magna Steyr, where she played a key role in global investment strategies and corporate growth initiatives.
In addition, Bahar-Manoah is also professor at the Sofaer Global MBA Program at Tel Aviv University, sharing her insights on venture investing and scaling technology-driven companies.
Bahar-Manoah holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University, an M.Sc. in Mechanical-Industrial Engineering from Vienna University of Technology, and has also completed Executive Education in Risk Management at Harvard Business School.
